Malik S. Henfield is an Assistant Professor in the
School Counseling & Counselor Education and Supervision program in the College of Education at The University of Iowa. In addition to his faculty appointment, Dr. Henfield also serves as the Administrator for Diversity Initiatives at The Connie Belin & Jacqueline N.
